A construction rough clean creates a tidier atmosphere for the final processes of the build. This clean includes basic trash removal, removal of stickers from windows and doors as well as razoring paint edges and residue, vacuuming all floors, showers, cleaning surfaces, blowing off porches, garages & driveway.

A final construction clean includes removal of appliance stickers and plastic, appliance cleaning, detailed cleaning of exterior and interior cabinets & drawers, dusting and cleaning ceilings, walls, light fixtures, ceiling fans & outlets, dusting and cleaning interior doors, trim & window sills, vacuuming & mopping interior floors, cleaning interior windows, exterior doors and accessible exterior windows, cleaning of showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, counters, built-ins, fireplaces etc., cleaning of stair risers, tread, baseboards & railing. This also covers garage cleaning of walls, floors, windows, windowsills, trim, interior and exterior doors.
Window cleaning includes the removal of stickers from interior & exterior windows & doors if a rough clean hasn't been performed.

Carpet cleaning may be added on for an additional cost.
Pressure washing may be added on for an additional cost.
Construction

A deep clean includes all windows, blinds, baseboards, door frames, doors, light switches, cabinet doors & knobs, and everything included in the maintenance clean.

A maintenance clean includes dusting of all surfaces, windowsills, light fixtures & ceiling fans, high traffic windows, vacuuming & mopping floors, bathrooms, all surfaces of appliances, trash removal, and inside the microwave.
All maintenance clean require an initial deep clean.
